connecting with PC databases

I would like information on connecting Informix 7.0 on an IBM RS/6000 with PC databases such as MSFoxPro and MSAccess. It would be nice if data entered into the PC database would be automatically entered in the Informix database. Is I-Net,I-Star, or ODBC the best products to use? Is there something better? Thank You
