WinNT -- ODBC -- UNIX informix 7.3, help

The server and network are both fine. And I can use ODBC from another UNIX machine with no problem. Maybe I didn't do it right on WinNT??? Maybe the NETTYPE setting in onconfig file and sqlhosts? OR Maybe /etc/service problem? Or I need to do somethings on NT?
