Is this fixed in Informix 5.02 for SunOS 4.1.3?

Hi. We are about to upgrade our Informix products from 4.1 to 5.02, and I was wondering if anyone can tell me if these bugs are fixed in 5.02... * When you shut down on-line (eg You want to unload your databases to tape, better shut it down to kill off any users) sqlturbo processes are not terminated, so hence you can't do your backup. * The size of the sqlturbo process grows slightly eache time you switch databases. If you switch databases enough, your program bombs out with "Insufficient memory to initate sort" or some such error message. Both of these are bugs that have been recognised by Informix. Has anyone experienced either of these under 4.x, and seen them go away under 5.02? I believe the one with sqlturbo growing in size is not fixed under 5.0, but I'm not sure.
