With Baan Applications and Informix it's important to set a good onconfig. But is most important to have a good db_resource (in $BSE/lib/defaults). We are working with Informix 7.31 UC2A and Baan Triton 3.1_a1 in a 4-way HP 9000 K-250 UX 10.20 like you. Put your db_resource and I will try to help you.
