Can you post the ixbar file?
Can you post the output from onstat -g arc from after the archive but before the restore attempt?
How do you get back after a failed restore?

The ixbar looks like this (just the last lines)
utv10 rootdbs R 1 176 0 12
2007011009 2007-11
-09 03:30:22 1 604 76965694 176 0 - - 604 1194575422
119456672
9
utv10 sbspace1 ND 1 176 0 12
2007011009 2007-11
-09 03:30:22 1 604 76965694 176 0 - - 604 1194575422
119456672
If I try to make a archive to give you the onstat -g arc after the
archive it fails to archive the smartblobspace as it marked as
Inconsistent.
The engine starts after the failed restore but the smartblobsspace is
marked as Inconsistent. I can use data in the root dbspace
