Does dynamic log allocation prevent a rollback?

If you have DYNAMIC_LOGS set to 2 and a transaction crosses the HWM, does the setting of DYNAMIC_LOGS avoid it being rolled back, or does that feature only exist to circumvent problems associated with long transaction rollback? System will be running 10, probably go to 11 next year. Thanks Andy
