I can't install IDS in domain.

I have logged-in as Domain Administrator and I want to install IDS in my Active Directory. but error occurs, "Failed to create the informix IDS = ids0000 service to run under DOMAINNAME\\informix account. This is a result of a synchronization delay between the domain controller(s) and this machine. ..." also I tried many Retrys, but it doesn't works. please help.
