Re: Home Depot user is killing me!!

Two things: 1) change my own personal header to a non-gracphical one. 2) Remove the history icon that gets supplied. I've been doing this for over a month, yet Nancy still complains that I'm still "killing her". You are one of many who have sent me messages stating that I am no longer causing problems, so I can only assume someone else has graphics in their mail that is screwing her up and I'm getting the blame. She has never replied to my email when I requested that she let me know if my new methods were helping, so I still wasn't sure if I was still the problem. Of course, I can't change the Lotus Notes system for my whole company based on this news group. I'm one of few with external access, so network programmers aren't going to remove the icon just for me. It has definitely put a damper on my urges to help other cdi members. sigh... --------------------- I am finally receiving your messages without blowing up all of my readers (Internet Mail on NT to pine on solaris). Whatever you have done seems to work. Can you share the experience??
