How to check OnLine archive tape ?

Hi, My customer want validate OnLine archive tape. Archive tape has hand writed label, customer want know tape label is right or not. I read Informix FAQ and OnLine manual and other books, but no option/program for this case. Is there no way archive tape check without restore ? regards, Takeshi Hojo (take-h@ascii.co.jp)
