Well I'm an unashamed performance freak, so this sounds wonderful to me;
the
fact that oninit (the database engine) is getting all the CPU. :-)
Of course, if this box is also running your applications then this could
be a
problem. ;-)
It depends on a lot of things:
hardware setup; number of CPUs etc.
engine setup; onconfig, etc.
application setup; running client server, etc.
I'm sure this fact alone is not what is making your system administrator
crazy. It is normally a pre-requisite for the position..., isn't it? :-)
