Spam alert for Informix people

I just received 17 copies of the same e-mail from a recruiter for an Informix DBA position (This is a record for me). I assume it was a result of posting to this newsgroup and wondered if I was not alone in these multiple copies. Also, if you were victim of this spam, please don't respond, or only respond to say you would never work with anyone who spammed! Only you (and I) can stop spam, by not allowing it to be profitable. Also, if I were looking to hire someone, I would hope a recruiter would be able to do better than to mass e-mail anyone who ever mentioned Informix in a newsgroup, or whoever read a web page about Informix, wouldn't you?
