INET 5.0 problem

I'm trying to set up a client server MS-Windows to SCO UNIX and will be using Powerviewer. I'm using INFORMIX INET 5.01 for Windows and TUNTCP for Windows. (TUNTCP uses winsock.dll) The problem comes when I try to install INFORMIX INET. It won't allow me to proceed with the install after I enter the serial# and activation key. The Error is 'The serial Number and Key you have entered is for more than one user. The install program could not find a server name. Please try again.' I know the s# and a.k. are correct. I can access my server okay w/ TCP/IP but apparently I don't have the 'server name' identified properly. The server , along with the other hosts, is in the /etc/hosttab file and in my PC hosttab file. Is there something missing from my /etc/services files that would identify the server or am I missing something else?? Any insight into my problem would be greatly appreciated.
