Onbar Restore of "Critical Files"?

Onbar now backs up "critical" files ixbar, onconfig and oncfg. What is the command to restore those files? Do the files get restored to the original location? If the path doesn't exist, will onbar attempt to create it? Can the file restore be redirected to an alternative location? Using IDS11.70.FC6 on RHEL5.8/64-bit kernel 2.6.18.
