Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

I have a number of ESQL/C programs which I am recompiling under Linux and
am getting
"Error -467: Indicator Object is missing." when processing a select statement.
I'm compiling with the -icheck switched off, and don't want to use
Indicator Variables at this stage, just want to get the programs working.
The programs work fine on Solaris X86 2.6 using ESQL/C 7.23UC1 using the
Sun Workshop C compiler.
Trying to port to SuSE 6.0 - glibc 2.0.7 Kernel 2.0.36. - ESQL/C 9.16.UC1
Is there any way to compile the programs without using Indicator variables?
Thanks in Advance,
Graham Smith
