Informix to Sybase Conversion

We are currently building a prototype using code from an existing system that uses Informix as its database. Part of this task includes converting files that contain Informix Embedded SQL to the equivalent for Sybase. We are responsible for converting a large number of files in a very short amount of time and there are enough differences between the two implementations of Embedded SQL to cause concern. Does anyone know if any tools exist for this purpose, such as an automated Sybase Embedded SQL conversion tool, or does anyone have suggestions as to the most efficient approach to the conversion?
