BDL licensing question

Is there a temporary 30-day license that we can activate when installing on a new machine? I seem to recall that there is, but our (3rd party) software vendor (who we're supposed to get our FourJ's licenses from) is being their usual slow self in response to my query as well as getting us our licensing information and I need to make sure we will be able to use our new machine when I install everything. Thanks in advance
