This of course is the whole problem, they can't.
Although the program itself access only one database the database server
will have to connect to the other one, and that can't be done if they have
different logging mode. (Altough I know of synonyms I haven't tested exactly
this way of doing it. I only "know" i doesn't work from the manuals and
other postings here.)
