Logical log backup on XPS

Hi All, We have XPS 8.40 installed on HP UX 11i. Ther server was initialised and we were trying to load data into a table . Now the server is in Blocked state and the online.log file mentions that we need to take logical log back. Pls let us know the process for taking logical log backup.
