How to use 'lock mode to wait' during dbload ?

Hi there,
I have to load some data using 'dbload'. Sometimes an error
'table locked' occurs. I'd like to set 'lock mode to wait'
before starting dbload, but I think this can't be done using
a script.
After using the unix command 'strings -a dbaccess' I found
several strings in the executable. I recognized some of
them to be environment variables (e.g. DBDATE, DBACCNOIGN)
Is there any environment variable for DBLOAD to set
'lock mode to wait' ? Any other suggestion to solve this problem ?
We are running Informix 7.22.UC2XK on an AIX 4.x, soon upgrading to
Informix.7.31.UC2.
Any help would be appreciated,
yours Chris
Not available. That is a trick the dbload authors missed.
