Update statistics MEDIUM/HIGH drop and recreate the distributions, so youonly have to do a manual DROP DISTRIBUTIONS when you want to revert to LOW
stats only and no distributions. Works well for loading huge numbers of new
rows (relative to the current count) or new sets of keys.
