A few beginner questions

Hi, I'm new both to Informix and to this group, but i promise i'll try not to ask too many stupid questions. So bear with me just this once. (1) Is there a FAQ file for this newsgroup? (2) Is there any good book (besides the manuals) to help someone who has a lot of experience with databases (but not SQL) get a good start with Informix 4GL? Thank you for the attention.
