Row level locking

Hi, Our application wants to use row level locking on his tables. Do I have to set the system catalog tables also at row level locking our leave them on page level? Working with 7.13 and in a couple of weeks on 7.24. Thanks, Alex

Hi! Leave system tables at page level. Your application will only look at user tables. Leave them at row level. Row level locking is default for the system catalogue. If you find that your system catalogue tables are page level locking I would suggest changing them back to row level.
