Ontape

Hello All Friends, We do ontape to tape device on Aix 4.3.3 with Informix Online 5.10 UC1 and normaly it takes about 1 hour but sometimes it can take much more time with the same busy system . Can anyone explain this situation.? I heard that posibly there is bug in Online Informix so do You know his exact number. Thanks for any adwise, MS
