It works fine for me using the back button. It sounds like you have an old version of Netscape. When they first came out with the support of frames (ver. 2.something was it?) the back button functioned the way you describe. At that time you had to point somewhere inside the frame, hit the right mouse button and select "Back in frame" or someting like that on the menu that came up. In ver. 3.0 they fixed this stupid behaviour so the back button on top of your window actually takes you back in the frame. This works fine for me. Also after Informix implemented frames on their main page you can no longer bookmark another page. At least I don't know how to do it. However the tech info senter is at http://www.informix.com/informix/services/ilink/ilink.htm (.htm - an NT machine?) If you go directly to this page there are several benefits: 1. You don't have to navigate through an inordinate number of pages to get to the Tech Info Center (Informix forgot to put a direct link to it on their main page). 2. You get rid of the useless frames. 3. The back button and other navigations will work fine even with an old web browser.
