They're in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format, which is pretty standard these days. My big complaint, however, is that they are not indexed! You can do a search, but just try searching the entire text of the Guide to SQL: Sytnax on CD-ROM. It's slooowww. Furthermore, the table of contents and index refer to printed pages which, due to the cover page, TOC, appendices, chapters, etc. do not correspond to "physical" document pages, so forget about jumping straight to the right page! Argh! This could be VERY useful if someone at Informix would give it more than a second thought! -- Irwin Goldstein Objective Software Systems, Inc. http://www.objectsoft.com
