Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

I'm trying to write a simple stored procedure with the "OUTPUT to filename"
statement but I keep on getting syntax errors. The syntax manual suggests
that I should be able to use OUTPUT to but how.
Here's an example of what I'm trying to do
CREATE PROCEDURE GET_BAL
OUTPUT TO /home/dmc
SELECT BALANCES FROM BTR_BALANCES;END PROCEDURE
I know I could do the same by selecting into a temp table and doing an unload
but I'd still like to know if OUTPUT to works in stored procedures
