NewEra's compiler script is called c4gl; so is I4GL's. One of them is not going to work properly if you try to make them share the same INFORMIXDIR. And that's not the only such shared program - fglpc, fglgo, fgldb, ... -- Jonathan Leffler (jleffler@informix.com, jleffler@earthlink.net) Guardian of DBD::Informix v0.60 -- see http://www.perl.com/CPAN #include <disclaimer.h>
How are you planning to use this? In one of my former projects, we used to have a New Era screen pass data to a stored procedure at the end of which we used to call a System command which would essentially be a 4GL program. It used to work beautifully. Roszaimi Ramly <roszaimi@tm.net.my> wrote in message news:7lekto$lug$1@news.xmission.com... > > Hi all, > > Have anyone experienced using both New Era and 4GL together.
