You can check which modules are included to Apache binary by command: httpd -l If you have dynamically loadable module mod_env.so in 'libexec' subdirectory, add LoadModule env_module mod_env.so and (below ClearModuleList) AddModule mod_env.c to httpd.conf to include 'mod_env' module to Apache.
