RE: NewEra 3.0 Question

Hi all Candy Wrote> }>I have a design issue that I would like to get some feedback on and see how }>other users >have approached the }>problem. Has anyone else }>>encountered this situation and how did }>you deal with it? }>Thanks for your ideas and help! In the Informix New Era users Manuals (sorry - I forget which one ) they describe a tabbed window approach for multiple tables in one window. This allows the user to highlight tabs to capture more information in a master detail scenario. I am sure with a little hacking here and there you could use this procedure for a single table maintenance screen. It would also save you the hassle of managing multiple windows, I will also have a look around for some sample code and mail it to you if you like.
