sqlhosts setup enterprise replication window - UNIX
Does anyone know if you have to have the server group set up before the server
information in the sqlhosts file ?
I can communicate from UNIX to Windows ok when I define the server group on
windows and Unix. when choosing the server group in the connection in dbaccess
on UNIX.
However on windows server I cant even connect to the windows server using the
server group connection in dbaccess. The fact that I can connect to the server
group from UNIX must mean definition is right.
So All I can think of is the order of information in the sqlhosts
See this document:

The title refers to the Connection Manager, but anytime you have to use
connection groups under windows (whether as a client or server, you have to
follow the procedure detailed there to create the groups.
