Cannot write log record

Hello, I'm having a problem with updating tables where the update affects hundreds, or thousands of rows. I got this message with this statement ( In ISQL) update cuf set title = "MS" where title in ("MRS","MRS.","Mrs") Here's the error 346: Could not update a row in the table. 121: ISAM error: cannot write log record I've locked the table in exclusive mode which didn't help. The dblog isn't filled up and there is plenty of space available for it. I'm running this on Standard Engine, using a Sparc 10 with Solaris 2.3 Help! Pete pete@afc.org
