Which version to use of Informix Connect?

Hi Community, I have some questions about Informix Connect and hope that somebody knows the answers :-) We are using HP-UX 10.20/Informix 7.31.UD5 and the clients (OS: WIN NT/WIN2000) are connecting to the database through I-Connect 7.20. Are there known problems with this version of I-Connect with y2k or with security? I was told that there shoud be problems. We want to migrate to zLinux and Informix 9.40. Can we use the version 7.20 of I-Connect? What is the newest version of I-Connect? Is there a dependency between the I-Connect versions (7.20, 9.24 etc) and the version of CSDK? The current version of I-Connect is 2.81. It is the recommended version to use with IDS 9.40. I-Connect 2.81 supports all the new features of IDS 9.40. I-Connect and CSDK use the same versioning since I-Connect is actually a subset (runtimes) of CSDK, however, the components within CSDK have unique versions. CSDK 2.81 contains the following components: Informix ESQL/C 9.53 Informix ODBC Driver 3.82 Informix OLEDB Provider 2.81 (Win32 only) Informix Object Interface for C++ 2.84 Informix JDBC driver 2.21 (Type 4) and Informix Embedded SQLJ 1.01 Informix Connect 2.81 The recommended combination of Informix products for zSeries Linux is : IDS 9.40; CSDK (and I-Connect) 2.81, ISA 1.5, and 4GL 7.32.
