sysmaster rebuild

hi, We have migrated informix ids 11.5 fc3 to 11.5 fc5 but sysmaster is not rebuild automatically during migration. what could be the pros & cons of sysmaster rebuild (to decide whether should we rebuild or do not rebuild the sysmaster). regards, Khurram

Sysmaster is not always rebuilt after a minor upgrade unless some structures have changed between the releases. If you are having problems with any features, however, it is perfectly safe to rebuild sysmaster at any time. Art Art S.
