Informix path problem?

Hi, I am trying to evaluate LiveWire Pro 1.01 on an NT4 machine. I've installed the FastTrack Server, the Informix Online Workgroup Server, and the Application Manager and Site Manager all on the same machine. When I try to run the dbadmin application from the Application Manager, I get an error that the FastTrack server could not find ISQLTO7B.DLL on the specified path. I found that this library is in the Informix bin directory. I have this in my system path, but the FastTrack server doesn't seem to see this. I've tried configuring the FastTrack server, but there doesn't seem to be anything in the configuration menu that allows me to specify paths to libraries. I don't recall if this was something that was done at installation. Is there a way that I can set this or is this a symptom of another problem in the configuration? I also get an occassional error message that says that the MSVCRT10.DLL file could not be found. I was unable to find this library on the system. I am not that familiar with the Windows libraries or NT. Could this be a version problem(i.e. NT4 vs. NT3.51)? I would appreciate any information or suggestions that you might have.
