I am trying to link to INFORMIX data created by 4gl but I do not think you can use 4gl as java. 4gl is a language Java is a language. Two applications can be linked in that if you make and executable you could run it with cgi. Also Dynamic 4gl is suppose to be headed toward generating Web pages and that may be jave. hope this helps "C.
