Alas, the backward compatiblity of my memory with Wingz is not as good as that of HyperScript Tools (aka HST.) I know that there is comprehensive control over print layout in HST, but I'd suspect dear old Wingz may be a little light on. I know there's a PRINT NOW, but that's it. Here's an idea: cut and paste the data to be printed to a prepared, blank sheet that has the desired formatting and print it from there. Then close the 'print template' sheet without saving the data changes, so it can be reused (see, Wingz is OO - reuse!) for the next print. I guess you'd end up with one sheet for landscape, another for portrait and so on. Second idea, fiddle around with the dialog commands for print layout and have LEARN running into a script file to see if there's any code you could use to effect the desired changes (works for me - this is the oldest trick in the book for learning, I dare say you've tried it.) >2. This is the most common problem with the aesthetics of DataLink. Sorry, I don't believe there's any fix. HST has commands to handle SQL errors. I suggest an upgrade to HST, if possible. >3.
