Is it normall ?

Dear all, does anybody could answer this questions, please : Why takes start 'fglgo' so long (about 5 secs) ? Why 'oninit' process use so much CPU time ? We were using OL v5 on DEC ulrix before. Now we are using OL v7.10.UD1 and 4GL RDS v6.01.UC1 on DEC alphaserver with DigitalUnix 3.2C. And start 'fglgo' is really slower !
