Problems with compeling the AFCL in NewEra 3.0

Hi all, have any of you successfully compiled the AFCL lib in NewEra 3.0 ? I tryed, but all I got was this : C:\\INFORMIX\\CLASSES\\AFCL\\SRC>nmake afcl.mak Microsoft (R) Program Maintenance Utility Version 1.61.6038 Copyright (C) Microsoft Corp 1988-1996. Error in begin session: Error 66588: An Illegal Argument was passed NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'marker' : return code '0x1' Stop. C:\\INFORMIX\\CLASSES\\AFCL\\SRC> I have installed msvc version 4.2... Do I need to have version 5 installed ?? Do any one of you have any clues ?? Regards Benjamin Petersen
