How can we get around this error and it goes into Fast Recovery for long time.

We have fixed the issue by using oninit -s and dynamically adding a few mor=
e logical logs to the instance, for the rollback process to utilize and com=
plete.

You don't have enough logical logs to complete the rollback during fast
recovery. Add logs.
