The program looks like this: } }#include <stdio.h> }$include sqlca; }$include sqlda; } }main() }{ } $database stores; } $create procedure from "Create_Procedure"; } if (sqlca.sqlcode != 0) } printf("\\nSqlca.sqlcode=%d\\n",sqlca.sqlcode); }} } }When I tried to compile using "c4gl try.ec", I am getting the following }error message: }fglc2:file "try.ec", line 269: Syntax error on identifier }'procedure'. (sqlhost.l) } }I tried creating the procedure in DBAccess and it worked. }I am working with Informix 5.0 version on NEC workstations in Unix. The problem is that the ESQL/C compiler used by c4gl is a version 4.1x compiler, and it does not understand the CREATE PROCEDURE statement at all. Use the Version 5.0x ESQL/C compiler on the same code and it will work OK. You don't need to include sqlda.h in this program, though it does no harm.
