Hi folks, Little trouble with .NET infomix provider and portuguese aplication servers. In one of ours servers, we have windows server 2003 with .NET aplication tha points to a ODBC drivers. In ODBC sets, we have DBMONEY set to "," and everything goes fine. But other aplication using the same windows server and don't use ODBC driver but ifmx provider for .NET Well, we can't send the decimal point like COMMA. It always goes like DOT. In brasilian monetary system it doesn't make sense. Does anybody here tryied to do this with .NET provider? Is there a way to send in connection string, the value of DBMONEY set to "," ? thanks s lot André Luiz Rufino

Hi Andre, As far I know, specify the DBMONEY into the connection string, is not possible... You can use DBMONEY variable/setnet32 or CLIENT_LOCALE (variable/setnet32/connectionstring). Search into the Information Center for ".net dbmoney" and check the first page returned. --- Em sex, 17/9/10, André Luiz Rufino <andre_rufino@msn.com> escreveu: De: André Luiz Rufino <andre_rufino@msn.com> Assunto: .NET Provider X Decimal Point [21341] Para: ids@iiug.org Data: Sexta-feira, 17 de Setembro de 2010, 15:55 Hi folks, Little trouble with .NET infomix provider and portuguese aplication servers.
