I have been off this newsgroup for a while. I have been concerned about ODBC links to Informix and offered to collate a FAQ for Informix & ODBC but only a few people have emailed me with their comments. It looks like I am going to say "buy Visionware" in the end - after a long and painful evaluation process. Bummer. (PS if openlink read this: can I have another evaluation copy please: It didn't work in the first month - and setting the Unix box's clock back to Decmeber 1994 didn't make it work.) -- Alex McLintock
