[Q] Informix Interoperability & Integration w/InterBase and Oracle

All, I am researching interoperability and integration issues between InterBase and Informix as well as between Oracle and Informix. Issues include: Interoperability-- Use of CLI between Informix and Interbase and Oracle Use of triggers and functions inside and outside DBMS Data Extraction Methods Integration-- Replication of Informix to Interbase and Oracle? Distributed Transactions? Gateway products available? The main reason for my asking is if we have an Interbase DBMS how easy it it to interoperate with Informix? If we have an Oracle DBMS how easy is it to interoperate with Informix? We are considering DBMSs to use for proposed packaged systems.
