notifying clients ?

I have several client applications running on Windows NT using Informix-Cli for connecting with Online 7.3 on Solaris. My question is the next one : Is Online able of notifying by itself that something has changed in the data base ? May I do it with Triggrers ? How ? I would like not to use communications between Solaris and NT, so Informix Online do all the work by itself ... Is that possible ? Tanks.
