Susik, Yes; legally you will be in breach of contract if you do not obtain I4GL run-time licensing on the production server and you try to run a .4ge on the production server. I believe the installation process threatens all sorts of dire legal consequences if you breach the licensing agreement. What is required technically is another matter, but your question relates to legal matters, and the technical situation is irrelevant.
