Informix SE 4.10 and Delphi- what else do I need ?

Help- I'm confused! I've talked to Delphi & to Informix and they're giving different answers :-( I have Informix standard engine v. 4.10 and lots of programs in I4GL, running under AIX 3.25 on an IBM RS6000. I want to start developing Client-Server stuff to give the users a neat front end on their PCs. If I buy Delphi, what else do I need to get it talking to Informix? Do I need Informix Net, and if so do I need it on every PC? Is there a freeware / shareware product that will do the same thing?
