ontape error-run k4init

Hi, I have configured Informix Universal Server 9.14 to perform ontape -c backup via remote tape drive; but any error message below is displayed after I interrupt by Ctrl+C: " Log files may be lost, full system archive is required. Logbackup failed - spk4rsh: 0041-003 No tickets file found. You need to run "k4 init"." BTW, Similar message is given even I try doing ontape -s -L 0 .
