Any way to generate Emacs TAGS for Informix 4GL?

IS there any tool to help me generate a TAGS file for 4GL? I used to use vi and a script to generate a tags file. I am now making extensive use of GNU Emacs (19.24) on an X station, and would prefer to use emacs. -- Donald E.
