v11 session authorization

Ok ... I know I can find this in a manual or online ... but I figure I can get it faster here ... Inv v11 the priv to "set session authorization to xxx' has to be granted by the security admin ... I'm not finding the syntax of the grant statement ... please help ... also, anybody know a way to get this back to the way it worked prior to v11 ... Thanks ...
