Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Yup. Your process is waiting for access to a buffer. This can either
mean that you need more buffers, but more often means you need more LRU
Queues to eliminate contention for buffers. Increase the LRUS
parameter in the ONCONFIG file (avoid using 64 or 96 as these values
are suspected of triggering a bug that sends BUFWAITS through the roof).
BTW you can verify that your processes are waiting for buffers
frequently by checking the bufwaits (onstat -p) compared to bufwrites
plus dskreads. On a well tuned system the ratio of bufwaits to that
total should be low (ie only a few %).
